Term and agreements of participating in Chapel of the Flowers Affiliate Program.  Hereafter, you shall be referred to as “Affiliate”, and Chapel of the Flowers shall be referred to as “COF”.
 
Acceptance and Cancellation
 
This agreement will begin after Affiliate registers for the COF Affiliate Program, and COF accepts the registration. Either party may cancel this agreement at any time by sending a written notice of termination.
 
Commission 
 
COF will pay a commission to Affiliates for each wedding reservation identified by COF as a referral from the Affiliate's Web site by using their unique Affiliate Code. The commission rate will be determined on an individual basis. Once you apply to be an affiliate you will be given more detailed information regarding your specific rates.
 
Affiliate shall be paid within 30 days of customer's payment to COF. Payment will be made in the form of a company check, in U.S. dollars. If a qualifying reservation is canceled or refunded, the related commission will be deducted from the next commission payout.
 
Commission will be paid for reservations made by referred customers for as long as Affiliate remains an active participant in the Affiliate Program.
 
If this agreement is cancelled due to Affiliate's violation of this agreement, commissions may be withheld at COF's discretion.
 
Non-Qualifying Sites
 
Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence do not qualify as a Marketing Affiliate. Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, ethnicity, or other (as deemed by COF) shall not be accepted. Sites that promote illegal activities shall not be accepted. Please do not apply if your site promotes these kinds of activities.
 
Limitation of Damages 
 
COF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising with respect to this agreement or program. Further, COF aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total commission paid or payable to Affiliate under this agreement. 
 
COF will make every effort to accurately track affiliate activity, but Affiliate understands that referral tracking can never be 100% accurate, and COF is not responsible for inaccuracies that might occur beyond its control.
 
Modification 
 
COF may modify the contents of this agreement at any time by notification to Affiliate, or by posting a new Affiliate Agreement on this site. Affiliate will agree to conform with any modifications made by COF in order to continue as a Marketing Affiliate.
 
Governing Law
 
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States of America.
