* Live Wedding: You may watch the wedding ceremony as it occurs. Ceremonies last 8-10 minutes. Keep in mind that the ceremony may begin a few minutes after the scheduled time. Live Weddings can be difficult to "catch"; please continue to press "Play" until the video starts. As long as you are able to view a Free Wedding, you should have no trouble viewing a Live Wedding. * Free Wedding: After the ceremony has ended, you are welcome to view a Free Wedding for as long as the couple has it offered for free with their wedding plan. We suggest that anyone attempting to view a Live Wedding test their system by watching a Free Wedding from a previous day. * Recorded Wedding: This is on a pay-per-view or pay-to-download basis. The couple's package no longer allows for free viewing. When you click on "Recorded Wedding" you will be given the opportunity to purchase viewing time. * If you have problems viewing one of our weddings, please look in our Frequently Asked Questions, subsection "Internet" for troubleshooting tips. Dial-up Internet Connection will not allow the video to stream properly. Please view the ceremony from a cable or DSL connection. Please note that only certain wedding plans have Internet time included (Romantic and above) unless the couple has added it to their plan. Some videos will not be shown (if Internet time was not included in the plan, or if the couple decided not to have their ceremony broadcast). Please keep in mind that the Internet is beyond our control; rarely, technical difficulties prevent us from displaying ceremonies live. Little Chapel of the Flowers will do what is possible and reasonable to extend viewing when viewing can be reinstated. We cannot be held responsible for what is out of our control. |
