It’s the month of love. The week of love. The Super Bowl halftime of love. At Chapel of the Flowers we are surrounded by love all year long. Here are a few images of couples in love at the Chapel.
Dionne & Justin celebrate their marriage with a special vow renewal. From the moment I met Dionne & Justin Bradbury, I knew they would be a special couple I would remember. I could just feel it! Dionne and Justin were so sweet and were just the cutest couple! Dionne looked stunning in her beautiful wedding dress. Justin looked very handsome as well. Their children were just as beautiful as their parents.
On November 19th, I had the joy of meeting a couple that have been married for 50 years! Nancy and Patricio Mena were celebrating their 50th anniversary with all their closest family members. Their son booked everything for them and contacted all of their family members, so that they could join them and watch as they renew vows in Las Vegas!
Madonna and Stephan Johnson met on a cruise on September 5th, 18 years ago. They ended up falling in love and getting married three years later. So now, on September 5th, 2011, they decided to renew their vows in front of their family members and closest friends. They travelled all the way from Queensland, Australia to have a one-month vacation where they are going travel all around America, while being accompanied by their two boys. During this time, they made sure to make a short stop in Las Vegas to renew their vows. What a great way to celebrate 18 years of life and love together!
Helene always dreamed of her wedding taking place in a chapel or in a Catholic Church. However, the man she fell in love with and wanted to call her husband had gone through a divorce. In France, there is a rule that you can not re-marry in the Catholic Church. Regardless of that, it did not stop Xavier and Helene from getting married and starting a family together.
Robert and Sandra and their two children flew in from Hertfordshire to get married after being together for 20 years. They were such a fun couple and by far one of my favorite weddings that I have coordinated. It wasn’t that they had an over-the-top ceremony, it was very intimate and simple, but Robert and Sandra had such a wonderful spirit to them that I will remember them for years to come.
