Not every couple wants a ballroom. Some want a celebration that moves, where guests are laughing, competing, and actually interacting instead of sitting at a table waiting for the next course. The Las Vegas Golf Celebration was built for exactly that couple.
This is a fully private event with unlimited golf, all-you-can-eat food, and a 3-hour block that belongs entirely to your group. The venue overlooks the Las Vegas Strip, and depending on the space you choose, your party could be anywhere from an intimate room of 25 to a rooftop lounge hosting 400. Whatever the size, the format is the same: just you, your people, and unlimited golf.
Pick your space, pick your size
The venue offers five private spaces, so your celebration fits your headcount instead of the other way around. For smaller groups of 25 to 50, the Small Party Room (4 bays) and the Luxury Suite & Bar (3 bays) both deliver a private, relaxed setup. For 51 to 75 guests, step up to the Large Party Room or the Luxury Suite & Bar (6 bays). And for the big celebrations, the Cosmic Lounge & Overlook, our rooftop space, opens up for 150 to 400 guests across 13 golf bays with views over the Strip facing the chapel. Every space gets the full private event treatment.
Food and drinks that keep up
All-you-can-eat across the full 3 hours means your guests are never waiting on a course. Buffet 1 ($125/person) includes 2 entrées and 3 sides from a menu that runs from BBQ short ribs to cod puttanesca, steak tacos to vegetable lasagna. Buffet 2 ($139/person) adds a third entrée. Want a cocktail-party feel from the first swing? The Stationed Appetizer Display ($99/person) brings beef sliders, Mexican street corn shooters, shrimp ceviche, and fried mac & cheese bites.
A beverage package is required, and there’s a tier for every crowd: Fountain Drinks & Mocktails at $25/person, Beer & Wine at $55, House Call at $68, or the Premium Bar at $99. One note worth planning around: all guests share the same food and beverage package, so everyone’s on the same experience.
Smaller group? There’s an option for that too
If your party is on the smaller side, the non-private option runs $165/person for a 2-hour event with a private bay (up to 8 guests per bay, 16 max), an all-you-can-eat seasonal chef’s menu, a premium unlimited bar, and unlimited golf. Want to stretch it out? Add a third hour for $62/person.
Good to know before you book
Private events require an $800 deposit to hold your space, and venue minimums apply, so your wedding planner will help you match the right room to your guest count.
This is the reception for the couple who looked at a traditional venue and figured they could do something their guests would actually remember.
Final pricing and event timing are confirmed directly with your wedding planner when you book.
