Starbucks Love

Corey and Theresa were married in our Victorian Chapel at 4PM on Saturday, August 6th, 2011. The couple arrived with only four guests, making it a very intimate celebration of their wedding. When Corey and Theresa arrived at the chapel, we went over a few details for the ceremony, and then they met with their minister, Jerry, and their photographer, Megan.

Then it was time for me to get Theresa in position to walk down the aisle. As she and I were waiting for the music to play, I asked her how she and Corey met. She said they met two years ago at a Starbucks. She then told me that she thought he looked like a nice guy and proceeded to go up to him and tell him “You should buy me a coffee.” As they say, from there, the rest is history.

I was so surprised, and figured that I might have to try that sometime. So, if any single ladies are reading this and you are at Starbucks one day and you see a handsome single man you may want to marry, ask him to buy you a coffee and maybe soon after, I will see you at the chapel!
