This is the first time I have taken the opportunity to write about any of our couples, so I couldn’t help but to decide on an experience that really stood out to me.
Chapel of the Flowers offers elegant Las Vegas Wedding ceremonies. Here are some of our featured couples that got married at the chapel.

It was love at first sight, when John and Kim first met. It was just an ordinary day and John had a long day at work, so he decided to go to the local bar to get some dinner and a few drinks. He had no intentions on meeting any new people or staying out for too long. However, he saw his friend there, so he went up to her and started talking; it was then that he realized she was there with one of her girlfriends, who happened to be Kim.
Dawn met Lee when she was only 14 years old at a disco. She must have known that it was true love from the very beginning as they now have been together for 28 years! The couple visited Las Vegas four years ago and decided that if they ever came back, that they would get married here.
Ricky and Lauren have been together for six years when they tied the knot on Wednesday in our LaCapella Chapel with 24 guests in attendance. They began planning their wedding with us in mid-August of 2010. More than 20 of their closest friends and family traveled to Las Vegas all the way from the United Kingdom to join them. Ricky and Lauren were both very nervous, as well as all of Lauren’s bridal party, as they lined up to walk down the aisle, but it was sweet bliss for the newly-wed couple after the ceremony was over.
Ryan and Lindsey were married in the La Capella chapel on 9-10-11. In attendance were about 40 guests and all of them so excited to see them marry one another on this one-of-a-kind date. I could tell that Ryan and Lindsey were two very special people that had a lot of people who loved them.
How would you celebrate 46 years of marriage? A surprise trip to Vegas of course!
A thoughtful husband named Ed, SURPRISED his wife of 46 years, Carol, with a Renewal of Vows ceremony in Las Vegas! He set everything up for her and made sure everything was planned perfectly. Even more outstanding is that he also surprised her with friends and family who were seated in the chapel when she walked down the aisle. She had no idea that any of them had come all of the way to Las Vegas to be witnesses to their ceremony!
On August 23, 2011, Kim and Mike Newman were married on a yacht on Lake Las Vegas! It was an experience that I will remember for years to come! Little did Mike and Kim know that it was Shanna and my first time doing a Lake Las Vegas wedding on the yacht. It turned out to be a success! Let me explain why.
The Edge Radio Station in New Zealand held a contest for two well-deserving couples in which they partnered with Chapel of the Flowers. The winners of the radio contest won a trip to Las Vegas to elope here at Chapel of the Flowers. However, the catch was that they could not tell their families where they were at or what they were doing. The radio station did a live broadcast from inside our La Capella Chapel, directly to their listeners in New Zealand! The couples were both interviewed prior to their ceremony, and then their ceremony was broadcasted live. After the couples said ‘I do,’ they called their mom and dad; however, they had to call them with the news of their newly-minted wedding as their conversations were being broadcasted live.
Robert and Sandra and their two children flew in from Hertfordshire to get married after being together for 20 years. They were such a fun couple and by far one of my favorite weddings that I have coordinated. It wasn’t that they had an over-the-top ceremony, it was very intimate and simple, but Robert and Sandra had such a wonderful spirit to them that I will remember them for years to come.
Anthony and Emily Marvel have quite the Wedding Day story to go along with answering the question, “How was your morning so far?” After introducing myself to them, I asked the now-infamous question and Anthony proceeded to tell me about what happened earlier that day. Anthony asked their hotel to dry clean his white shirt so it’s perfect on their wedding day. The hotel ended up losing his white button-up shirt, and instead gave him a collared white shirt on loan for him to wear to the wedding. That’s not the end, yet!
